WAIVER:    As a condition of participation in this event all officers, employees, members, agents, & representatives of the WGQHA are hereby released from all claims, demands or causes of action of any kind of nature whatsoever, whether now existing or to hereafter accrue, on account of any damage, cost of expense (i) as a result of any bodily injury, loss or damage to any animal, equipment or other personal property, from any cause whatsoever, and (ii) as a result of the interpretation of enforcement of the NCHA or the WGQHA & its Directors, it's Constitution, Bylaws, Rules or Regulations & the risk of any such damage, cost or expense which may occur by reason of foregoing is hereby assumed & accepted.  This waiver is binding on the undersigned as well as all riders, grooms, & other helpers associated with the participation of the horse(s) described herein in this event & the undersigned indemnifies the WGQHA from all claims, demands or causes of action based on any of the foregoing.
NO ALCOHOL permitted in, or consumed in practice areas or working arenas. All youth competing must have written permission from their parent/guardian. Competitor's/participants have a responsibility to ensure the welfare of their horses at all times.

No Changes within 48 hours of show date or total fees payable.
