The executive committee reserve the right to change the order of events if required.
All persons (competitors, lopers etc) must wear correct western attire when riding at this venue on show days  i.e. long sleeve shirts, jeans, belt,  boots,  and  hat or safety helmet.
No caps in the arena on show days.
All Junior Youth must wear a safety helmet whilst competing/riding at this venue.

As a club we are also obliged to keep a record of all livestock that enters and leaves the showgrounds. Please note the information below is for club purposes only and you are also required to keep a record of your livestocks movements.

LOPERS FEES
(Effective from the 1st of April 2016 it is compulsory that any person riding a horse at an event anywhere on the grounds must be a member of the NCHA. Lopers and assistants can be joined for an annual fee of $130.00 or a per show fee of $35.00. Under no circumstances are non- members to mount a horse at an approved NCHA event).
