How to play video.
If you have Dial Up or ADSL internet I would advise you to click on the slow link under each image of the video you would like to view. If you have Broadband, Cable or Satelite click on the fast option.
If you find the fast option is a bit bumpy try doing this.
1. Stand on your head
2. Touch your right foot with your left leg
3. Touch your left elbow with your right hand
4. Repeat to yourself three times "don't beleive everything a video bloke tells you". Then
5. Close the page and click on the slow option. That one will play smoothly.
