WHATS ON THIS WEEK END. (8TH MAY 2007}

After a relatively quiet week end last week, things are a bit busier for cutting enthusiasts this week end. Those of you in the South East Queensland area have an opportunity to take your newly purchased horses from Rocky to the John Dudley and Paul Palmowski are holding a clinic at Kalbar. There are three shows on this week end. Big River, Dawson River and Top End Western Performance Club. Big River are hosting their show at their Copmanhurst venue and are having two little jackpot shows one per day. Events include OPEN, $10000 NOVICE, NOVICE NON PRO, OPEN NON PRO, $10000 NON PRO, $3500 NON PRO, ROOKIES, SNAFFLEBIT, YOUTH BEGINNER HORSE AND BEGINNER RIDER.

Dawson River Cutting Club are holding a Championship Show over two days at Taroom. Like all events held in this are Entry numbers will be huge and sure to attract a lot of top quality horses. All events are 100% added. And will consist of OPEN, OPEN NON PRO, $10000 NOVICE, $3500 NOVICE, NOVICE NON PRO, $10000 NON PRO, $3500 NON PRO, ROOKIES, SNAFFLEBIT and the YOUTH, all inquiries can be directed to Dearne Pearson on 0749 974158.

And Finally further up north at Mareeba TOP END WESTERN PERFORMANCE CLUB are holding a jackpot featuring the OPEN, $10000 NOVICE, OPEN NON PRO, ROOKIES and unaffiliated events the Youth, Beginner Horse, Beginner Rider, Snaffle bit, Rookies, and $3500 Novice. Also all SQCHA members are reminded that next week ends show at Condamine will also be the venue for their Annual General Meeting. So anyone who wants to be involved or make suggestions are encouraged to come along. Hi Point presentations will also occur on Saturday Night.
