Justcuttin - And Again

and again!
Following up last months success justcuttin' has done it again. May for the first time ever passed the 3,000 visits mark. The month of June has attracted an increase in traffic of just over 25% with a total of just over 3700 visits. June 30th was the busiest single day ever so who knows what July will bring. If you want to compare these figures with other web sites I'll throw in the numbers that might get thrown at you. June attracted just over 166,000 hits and just over 31,000 page openings.

Not only is justcuttin' popular with readers but it has now THE place to come if you are looking at buying or selling cutting bred horses. Quality well priced horses accompanied with a well taken photo do sell. Advertising in the Sale Barn IS an effective way to advertise and sell your horse. The classifieds section is also growing in popularity and is now becoming as successful as the Sale Barn.

You may have noticed a new page has appeared on the site called the Breeding Barn. This page is intended to give some information about the breeding of Cutting Horses, take a look at and explain in simple language the complexities of Genetics and Breeding. It intends to keep people informed about the latest successful bloodlines and crosses and also try to dig a little deeper.

Because of the amount of feedback that I received from a couple of "Cans Of Worms" stories that I presented to everyone last month, I'll throw some more of those into the mix as well from time to time. The Clubs section however has not proved to be as popular as I thought, with only a handful of affiliates showing any interest in this section, unless the interest increases in the near future that section will be omitted from my site. This will open up more storage space for me to introduce some other new stuff.

With the price of Diesel now becoming an issue perhaps it's time to do a bit "Gooseneck Pooling"is the go. So if there is anyone looking for a spare spot on a trailer or alternatively has a spare place or two in their trailer or truck let me know and I'll post the info on my site.

With the breeding season upon us, now is the time to advertise your Stud or Stallion. At just $50 per year this is a bargain, not only for Stallion owners here in Australia, but also the cheapest advertising you'll find available in the United Sates. Australia is a big buyer of American Quarter Horses and with shipped semen becoming the norm, justcuttin' is a very attractive advertising option overseas as well. Look out for the Pay pal options coming to my site soon. With the success of Australian riders and horses in the US it is also an option for US breeders to find some new bloodlines to introduce back into their gene pool too.

Apologies to all of you who have been visiting my Profiles page only to see that it hasn't been updated for a very long time. I am hoping to get a few more stories up there in the near future so keep on visiting. If there is anyone out there with a special story about a special horse then just drop me a line and we can put something out there.

The success of auscultating' isn't possible without the support of all you cutting enthusiasts out there. Once again thank you for all messages of support from individuals and clubs alike. Despite obstacles like E.I and rising fuel prices the sport of cutting is still going strong.
