S.C.C.C. TUMUT PREVIEW
The Southern Cross Cutting Club event this week end at Tumut has once again attracted healthy numbers. Show Secretary Sally Bonello informs me that there are 34 for the Futurity Pre Works and 155 show runs.

Because the days are getting shorter it is now neccessary to hold the shows over three days. The Pre Works and the $3500 Novice will be held on the Friday and the rest of the events to be held on Saturday and Sunday.

Sally also informs me that the Southern Cross Cutting Club is now the home of the NCHA president - Richard Webb apparently Richard attracted a large amounts of votes. Club President Peter Costello has the portfolio for affiliates with Vince Bonello responsible for International and Hall of Fame.

Sally went on to say "Richard will be a good ambassador for the NCHA, a very good speaker, an approachable manner, has been involved in shows at the organisation level, an active affiliate committee person and a committed Trainer helping the Non Pros in and out of the arena. He can relate to the Cutter at grass roots level".
