sale barn update (august 12th 2008)
This has been the busiest week ever for the sale barn with close to thirty new listings and six horses being sold. Of course you probably know by now that Broken River are having a Dispersal Sale and have listed twelve quality horses for sale, including the well performed stallion Playtime Dreamer. (pictured left) Three of those horses have been sold, The broodmares, Tassa Docs and Docs Deb are gone and trained cutting mare Playtime Spiny Rose has also been sold. Broken River will also have another nine Two year olds and Yearlings listed shortly so keep going back to their Sale page for a look.

Donell Park the home of Seligman Spin have listed six horses in the Sale Barn. The Broodmare Winderadeen Gay Little Doc is up for sale with Little Peppy Doc and Gay Bar King bloodlines this mare will be hard to overlook she id PTIF to Derby Champion Seligman Spin. Three year old filly Bronzed N Bold (pictured right) is a half sister to Acresonita Raven (Acres Destiny) winner of the DDCC cutting Futurity in 2005 & Royal Blue Heeler (Peptos Stylish Oak) finalish in the Rocky Rush. Bronzed N Bold has had 12 months Cutting Training with Jonathan Dudley and is very cowy, according to vendor Peter Gesler. He also has two two year old fillys up for sale by Seligman Spin, a Gelding by Eskdale West Rooster and the impressively bred gelding Kalvale Bill.

RemekcoR Performance Horses have added seven horses to the Sale Barn. In the Yearling sections there is a palomino Colt by Dennys Holly Badger and a stunning Overo Filly by Timonee (pictured left). There is also a Dennys Holly Badger gelding out of a Mr Leotoe mare and a Peptos Stylish Oak filly out of a Wagon Cook mare. In the three year old section they have two impressive looking horses. A Peppy Fropm Heaven Filly and a triple registered Peptos Stylish Oak Colt. Both horses are registered Paint Horses. On top of this they have the Stallion Denny's Holly Badger up for sale in the newly created Stallion section. If you have a look in the Classifieds Section they also have 20 grey brahman cows PTIC to full hudgens bull and 20 black brangus/angus cows PTIC to full hudgens bull. All cows in good forward condition. If you're looking for Red Stumpy tail Cattle Pups they have some of those for sale too. 3 male and 3 female - all stumpies, Both parents are hard biting and protective work dogs.

Other new additions are, in the two year old section the Little Smarty Oak gelding has a price change as does Daddy's Little Playboy and the Doc's Regal colt in the two year old section. And last but certainly not least in the mature section the mare Storm Creek Abbie Road is on the market (pictured left). This is a mare that we will certainly hear a lot about in the future both in the cutting pen and as a broodmare. She is a very smart Palomino filly with Cutter Bill/Doc Bar bloodlines. You can also download a video clip of her competing recently in a Novice event ridden by Dean Rogan. Also added is Yulgilbar Smart Lil Cindy a mare by Smart Little Scotty.

The other horses that have been sold are Paul and Sandi Webbs filly by Lena Little Pepto, New Years Sonita and Highbrow Sovereign all from the two year old section.

Finally because of the overwhelming popularity of the Sale Barn as from Monday Seprember 8th there will be a change in conditions to advertising in the Sale Barn. As from that date the fee will be $10 for a three month listing. Also any changes to existing ads will also incur a charge of $10. Any horses listed and changes made before that date will remain until sold.
