buffalo ranch stallions arrive in australia
The 3 Buffalo Ranch stallions - Laredo Blue, Highlightcat & Lots of Acres touched down on Australian soil this morning.  They will be in quarantine at Eastern Creek for a month then head to Stuart Kellars' Tamworth Equine Vet Clinic to prepare for the breeding season duties commencing Sept 1. According to Australian agents Vince and Sally Bonello al is well. "We plan to have them on display during the final weekend of the Futurity & Sale day in the Stallion Hoecker".

Lareda Blue is the 2004 NCHA HORSE OF THE YEAR, The only horse in history to win two legs of the NCHA Non-Pro Triple Crown and be Reserve in the Third. Open Money Won $173,317 - Non Pro Money Won $110,968, 2003 NCHA Futurity Non-Pro CHAMPION 2004 Abilene Spectacular Open CHAMPION, 2004 Memphis Derby Non-Pro CHAMPION , 2004 NCHA Super Stakes Derby Non-Pro Reserve CHAMPION ,2004 NCHA Summer Spectacular Derby Non-Pro CHAMPION , 2005 Western Horseman Cup Open 3rd Place - CHAMPION Stallion , 2005 NCHA Summer Spectacular Classic Open 3rd Place - CHAMPION Stallion , 2008 NCHA Western Nationals $50,000 AM CHAMPION

Highlightcat has earnings of over $135,00 US He has finaled in 13 major aged events in the US and won three championships he was also the 2004 Ncha Non Pro Reserve Champion.




Last but not least Lots of Acres was an NCHA Futurity finalist with earnings of over $53,000.

This is great news for both Buffalo Ranch and the Bonello's following the disappointment of last year where the Stallions Shuttle was abandoned becuase of the E.I epidemic. Long overdue but well worth the wait.
