WEEKEND SHOW ROSTER
Notes – Entry numbers MAY change the following points. Do NOT carve in stone.

Our weekend shows will run as 2 shows, most likely over 2 and a bit days.
If lights are available, and IF the program allows it, the Sunkissed $15000 Ladies Series will run on the Saturday following the last of the normal events.
Payouts will not happen during the show, or that weekend.
Preworks will usually be on the Friday.
Entries close in writing 2 weeks prior, on the Friday.
Camping may or may not be an extra. This is up to the Show Society/Facility provider.

OCTOBER
23rd to 25th – Toogoolawah,
At the Show grounds. People have been worried about the surface here. I can confirm at the time of writing this, we have arranged for 240 tonnes of sand to be laid in the working area end of the pen. This should give approximately 200mm of cover over the working area. Dinner is available on the Saturday night, but MUST be paid with nominations. Country Roast, catered by the Show Society. Music will be available. Food will be provided all weekend. Preworks

30 th Oct to 1 st Nov – Woodenbong, at the Show grounds. The Show Society will be preparing a meal for Saturday night. Food will be available all weekend.

NOVEMBER
13 th to 15 th – Inglewood . Get Directions
This will be the first time that Tim and Kirsty have hosted a cutting. Mark, Tracey, and I visited the facilty again on the 28 th of September, and I am happy to tell you it is going to be just a GREAT venue. An amenities block is almost finished, I spoke with the caterer, who is just cooking up a dream for the FRIDAY, yes Friday night meal. This will be A LaCarte, sit down, choice of mains, I think I heard the words “deep Fried Camembert, and a whole lot of other yummies. The caterers will be there for the whole weekend, so treat yourself for once. Camping will be an extra charge.

Cabins – for those that are considering putting their horse on someone else's trailer, a very very comfortable homestead is available, 3 bedrooms, kitchen bathrooms etc. Of course this is an extra cost, but would sleep 10 people. Cost is TBA. Don't expect this to last, booking it will lock it in, even if you cancel out of the show. A single bedroom, including bathroom and toilet, is also available as a single dwelling. Tim has organised entertainment for the Saturday night, and the Sunkissed $15000 Ladies Series is expected to run on the Saturday night under lights, as a feature event. The viewing facilities that have been created are unreal. You can watch from the Bar that has been converted from an old Wool Shed, or sit over on the Hill, under the roof that encloses the open air restaurant. YOU ARE GOING TO LOVE THIS SHOW!!!

26 th to 28 th - North Star Sporting Club.
Following an extremely successful Inaugural Show in early 2009, The North Star show is back, and locked in. All things are expected to be as per the first show, with out the breakdown of Mouse's truck of course J . Catering will be on again, and if big Whitey comes along, so will the late night poetry readings.
