The meeting is scheduled for the 20th of February 2010 at Chinchilla Showgrounds at 12.30 pm.  Anyone with any items for the Agenda please contact Sally Ferguson  07 5463 5984 ah. The current Treasurer and Secretary will be resigning, so will everyone please consider taking on one of these positions.
